You are responsible for any content you upload or publish. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to use such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Website Hosting

Bentolander provides website hosting through third-party services. While we aim for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Domain Names

You are responsible for managing and renewing any custom domains you connect to your Bentolander website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bentolander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
